We empower Wo(men) in their lives, in their professions, of all walks of lives, to live to their truest expression of who they are, to be their true self, to live and love life, to love and find joy and contentment in whatever they do and be.

We empower and grace women and men in the ways of being through personally guided silent contemplative retreats including offering online, personally guided sabbatical and spiritual wholistic life coaching with inter-spiritual exercises including psycho-spiritual, counselling and life-coaching.

​Each person is unique. We are all different in our background. We walk and journey with you side by side, hand in hand, and be with where you are and find your unique true self.  We empower you in ways of being in your life according to your very unique gift of self.

We are a team of Spiritual and Wholistic Life Coaches who want to share more love and light in the world. We enjoy putting our new gifts to share with people. We accompany and guide you in your journey.

Our role is not to “steer” you into action, but rather, we are here to BE with you, LISTEN to you and your inner voice.  And as an objective, impartial listener, to help you to listen more clearly to your own intuition, your heart, your soul and the divine in you.
